CONFERENCE:
Authors are invited to submit a 400-word (1 page) abstract summarizing an original work finalized or in progress, and then a full paper (Min.4 to Max.6 pages) describing the original work to ICACT Website. All the manuscripts must be written in English and should be prepared in given style by ICACT bureau. All the submitted papers will be reviewed by the global reviewers under the single blinded review policy, and officially selected by the ICACT Committee's special TFT team. For the review, all the papers in PDF should be submitted to the ICACT Website, filling every items of author information and uploading the respective papers.
Once you won the acceptance notification, you have to prepare the final camera-ready manuscript of maximum six(6) IEEE double-column formatted pages, the Copyright Transfer Agreement, and the Speaker Biography together.
TUTORIAL:
The ICACT academic event will flourish with excellent authors giving not only their paper presentations, but also their timely tutorials brought out from their brand new studies and projects.
Especially welcome to all the awardees whose paper has been accepted as an Out-Standing Award paper by the ICACT Technical Program Committee.
