The 10th International Conference of Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT 2008), together with the technical sponsorship of IEEE Daejeon Section, was held so successfully at Phoenix Park, Korea on February 17-20, 2008.
The theme of ICACT2008 is "Innovations toward future Networks and Services" The ICACT2008 provided an opening plenary session with two keynote speeches by remarkable world experts, a tutorial session with 3 interesting subjects. There were 462 participants in 66 technical sessions including 8 invited speeches and 4 poster sessions, in which 437 papers were presented from 27 countries.
