The 11th International Conference of Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT 2009), together with the technical sponsorship of IEEE Daejeon Section, was held so successfully at Phoenix Park, Korea on February 15-18, 2009.
The theme of ICACT2009 is "Ubiquitous ICT Convergence makes life better ! " The ICACT2009 provided an opening plenary session with two keynote speeches by remarkable world experts, a tutorial session with 2 interesting subjects. There were 500 participants in 66 technical sessions including 1 invited speeches and 5poster sessions, in which 466 papers were presented from 27 countries.
