Could you explain ¡°the minimum transmission rate is about 3.5¡±? First, sorry for typo. The minimum transmission rate is not 3.5. It should be 0.35 According to our reference paper, overall transmission rate of energy path should be smaller than or equal to the minimum of the energy transmission rates of all its composite segments. that is, transmission rate cannot be greater than the product of EV flow rate of segment of energy path and the amount of energy carried by an EV in each charging-discharging cycle. In our simulation condition, amount of energy carried by an EV in each charging-discharging cycle is set as 1 and EV flow rate of segment of energy path is set as 0.5. so transmission rate cannot be greater than 0.5. It is got 0.35 which satisfy all constraints.
