First of all, thank you for the good research paper and presentation contents. I would like to know more about the research environment used in this study, and also in detail about the equipment & operating systems, development languages and software libraries you used. We used python mlib libraries to create an ML based AI system and for DDOS attack we solidity as our main programming language to build the network

I read your paper well. saw well that used Tab Transformer, Random Forest, and XGBoost to study Flooding attacks, a type of DDoS attack. The paper seems to have dealt only with TCP SYN Flooding attacks in TCP Flooding attacks, and there are also Flooding attacks such as ACK Flooding, FIN Flooding, and RST Flooding, and can also these attacks be detected efficiently in that way? Yes this further can be real time using latest ML approaches. To answer your question yes others can also be detected

I am not very clear about how the DDoS attack is related to the Blockchain. It seems the attacks are directed towards the server attached to the backbone network of your campus and a router from it is attached to a blockchain-based network. But how does it ensure that the attack is directed towards the blockchain? TCPSYNC and UDPFLOOD attacks effect the working of gossip protocol needed to communicate between nodes . It causes a delay and overall hampers the working of decentralized network

Can you please share with us what are the reasons for getting higher accuracy in tab transformer as compared to random forest and XGBoost? One of the most important differences between XG Boost and Random forest is that the XGBoost always gives more importance to functional space when reducing the cost of a model while Random Forest tries to give more preferences to hyperparameters to optimize the model.Tab transformeraverages the results over many decision trees from sub-samples. ... By combining the advantages from both random forest and gradient boosting,
