| Glad to read your article. As you said, this paper studies large-scale MIMO, but the maximum number of antennas in the simulation is only 16.I want to know whether your algorithm can be used in scenes with larger number of antennas, such as 64 or even 128? What do you think about this problem? |
Thank you for your question.
In the simulations of this study, the number of antennas was set to 16, 24, and 32.
The reason for this setting is that Large MIMO represents a system with 10 or more antennas, so we chose the smallest number within a multiplier of 2 (16=2^4).
Therefore, simulations were not conducted on systems with the number of antennas set to 64 or 128.
I think that increasing the number of antennas is one of the issues to be addressed in the future. |

| Thanks for nice presentation. Why are the characteristics different when the number of transmit antennas is 16 in Figure 5? |
Thank you for your question.
I think the answer to that question is due to the diversity effect.
As the number of antennas on the receiver side is increased, synthetic diversity has a strong effect on the BER characteristics of signal detection accuracy.
Therefore, when N=16, the number of receiving antennas was not enough for the number of transmitting antennas. |

| Hi,
You have assumed that the user is a single antenna user. However, in general, a user may have more than one antenna in a real-world environment. Have you tried your simulation with multiantenna users?
Thank you. |
Thanks for your question.
Certainly in a real-world environment, there are many devices with multiple antennas for a single user.
However, I have not done any simulations with multi-antenna users. This is because the system in my research will most likely not work well when it comes to overloaded MIMO.
As a future task, it is necessary to construct a system that can be implemented even with overloaded MIMO. |

| Dear Author, thanks for your presentation.
Have you simulated the algorithm under fast fading channel, say, high Doppler frequency, is there a limit?
And, is this algorithm still work under correlated channel? Thanks! |
