| hi thank you for your presentation.
Is the model similar to reinforcement learning? |
Yes, it is similar to the reinforcement learning model.
Since reinforcement learning (RL) model, an area of machine learning concerned with how software agents ought to take actions in an environment so as to maximize output. Its relevance to HR decision-making in organizations. |

| Can you explain regarding the Bias that would be generated ? Similar issues happened with Amazon US with regard to the Bias in HR Decision Making |
Bias in HR decision-making refers to situations where factors other than merit, qualifications, and skills influence hiring, promotion, and other HR-related decisions.
In the case of Amazon US, it was found that the company's HR system had developed a bias against women, resulting in fewer female candidates being selected for job interviews and ultimately being hired. As a result, the algorithm developed a bias against female candidates, penalizing them for including terms like "Women's" or "Female" in their resumes.
The way that reinforcement learning could generate bias is through the data used to train the algorithm. If the algorithm is trained on data from the past that shows discriminatory practices, like only hiring people from certain schools or with certain backgrounds, then the algorithm may make decisions that reflect those biases.
It is essential to ensure that the reinforcement learning algorithms used in HR decision-making are designed and trained with a focus on diversity and inclusion to avoid generating unintentional biases that can negatively impact the workforce. Companies should also audit and keep an eye on their algorithms on a regular basis to make sure they don't perpetuate bias in the HR decisions they make.
