| It is a great honor to read your paper. I have a question about UOWC. When the light is scattered by water, will the receiver device be dislocated? I hope to hear your opinion on this. |
Thank you, that is a good question. When we consider the UOWC modle, the mode of arranging fixed nodes in a static water environment is expected, in other words, the signal receiver is in a fixed position. The scattering effect of water on optical will cause the energy loss of part of the optical signal which is an inherent loss that we consider in this paper and it does not require moving the receiver's position to account for this situation. |

| First of all, thank you for the good research paper and presentation contents. I would like to know more about the research environment used in this study, and also in detail about the equipment & operating systems, development languages and software libraries you used. |
Thanks for your careful reading. In this article, we mainly consider the seawater environment in the weak turbulent environment, and mainly use the MATLAB simulation software in the WINDOWS system to conduct simulation experiments. The seawater parameters used in the experiment are from reference[1].

| Appreciate your efforts in this work. I have some questions.
First, about the simulations results, what is the range of your confidence interval? how many network realizations are considered in these results? |
Thank you for your question. In the simulation results, we define the confidence interval to be between 0 and 3. Our experiments are mainly divided into three parts, including three typical underwater communication experiments. During each experiment, a single signal transmission is performed, and four receiving nodes simultaneously receive signals. |

| How can be the practical impact of this proposed solution? The theoretical analysis is based on the knowledge of some data, can we assume to know them? how this information can be collected and how it may affect the accuracy. |
The algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively optimize the power allocation between NOMA nodes in the transmitter, which provides a feasible solution for the construction of underwater wireless optical NOMA network system. Our current work is all simulation experiments based on marine environmental data on account of limitations of the experimental environment, so the data collection is obtained in a single simulation experimentthe. If the data is too biased, we will conduct multiple experiments to determine the reliability of the data. |

| Dear Author, you have a very good research. I would like to know if the technology today is capable of implementing your proposed scheme? Is there an existing technology almost similar to your proposal that has been deployed in real world environment? Thank you and stay safe. |
