| Nice work!
You made mention in your conclusion that future work will be done on the "validation part recommended in our optimization incentive strategy, to complete the model evolution incentive technique". please can you elaborate briefly on that, what do you intend to implement here to improve the validation par? Thank You |
Hello, thank you for your question.
Indeed, in this study, among our proposals we have a strategy based on two models: one for the incentive to do technology watch by bringing new evolutions and one for the validation of the contributed evolution. We have proposed an incentive model and we have put into perspective the model of validation of an evolution. For the latter, we have recommended setting up a model based on collaboration between contributors (in terms of evolution).
Our work in progress for future proposals is oriented towards the implementation of a validation model based on the collaboration of contributors who may have different profiles. Indeed, we are working on the hypothesis that :
A validation model based on the collaboration of the contributors is a way to promote exchanges between various actors and to boost contributions in the field of a recent technology such as blockchain. |

| Any comparing about the learners using the proposed model before and after? |
Hello, thank you for your question.
At the stage we were at when we submit this article, we present the part "strategy to incite technology watch in models" and "strategy optimization by aggregating simulations to learn and experiment the blokchain" but also the need to integrate "low level details in the simulations". What we demonstrated before making proposals. In our models, the functionalities of the learn part were identified after work sessions with students in their last year of engineering studies in the computer science and telecommunications fields.
However, in this study we did not integrate a part assessing the level of the students after using the implemented model. In fact, our research work on our model is still ongoing. In our next proposals we will take into account your remark. |

Hello, thank you for your questions.
LEB (learn and experiment Blokchain) is implemented on java. |

| Sorry for asking again. I have asked this question but it seems that the system deleted it. Can you give an example of white and black box testing? Thank you. |
Hello thank you for your question. In our model we include both black box and white box features. Indeed for a beginner level of learning it is interesting to include in the functionalities the black box functionality of the blockchain as indicated in the reference [Du, W. (Derek), Pan, S. L., Leidner, D. E., & Ying, W. (2018). Affordances, experimentation and actualization of FinTech: A blockchain implementation study. The Journal of Strategic Information Systems. doi:10.1016/j.jsis.2018.10.002 ] by the assertion "The [blockchain] technology was too novel and complex for users to understand. Therefore, we kept it as a black box and only demonstrated the business applications [it supported] ... In fact, what users really care about is whether the system is useful rather than what the underlying technology is". Example of a study on this aspect we have the reference [7] which presents an application that allows users i.e. learners to enter themselves the elements related to a blockchain concept via a graphical user interface. The latter shows the black box functionalities of the low level details.
For other levels of blockchain knowledge, more in-depth knowledge of the internal workings of the blockchain is required. The whitebox part is interesting. As an example we have the use case "Encrypted Network Messages:" to evaluate the impact on performance when nodes encrypt and decrypt all network messages in the blocksim proposal[8].
That's why in our model we focus on black box and white box operation. As an example, in our model, for a property such as the type of the blockchain we have use cases such as defining a type, an impact of an attribute of a type, a protocol encapsulating the type and their impact on a solution based on the blckchain protocol in terms of access; scalability, point of failure, ... Thus, the simulation focuses on both the functioning and the compromises related to the model but also their internal source. |
