First of all, thank you for the good research paper and presentation contents. I would like to know more about the research environment used in this study, and also in detail about the equipment & operating systems, development languages and software libraries you used. In our research, we used maze for conducting usability testing. For web development for the Angkasa LMS, out senior developer used Windows OS, PHP and laravel framework (actually multi OS) and there is no special library. The hardware specification, the developer used i7 intel core, 16GB RAM.

Will you tell us what is the major achievement of this paper, and also what is further study issue from this? Thanks in advance!! The major achievement of our paper is to propose to use rapid usability testing for the sprints we used in the Angkasa LMS development to increase acceptance criteria and acceptance testing. So that it can make features development more successful and faster to deliver the features to our potential customers. Further study is to use more useful practices for the Scrum-based project, not only the usability testing.

Dear author, I want to ask about SCRUM. There are any project criteria that we can use SCRUM for the software development? Thank you. As the Scrum guide said, Scrum can be used for a complex project. It can work better to accommodate changes in requirements during software life cycle development. So, it is expected that Scrum can deliver real values to customer.

Dear Author, you have a very good research. Is there an existing technology almost similar to your proposal that has been deployed in real world environment? What does it lack that your work specifically addressed? Thank you and stay safe. Thank you for your question. In this research we used two main technology, the first is the tools that we used for the usability testing, the maze. We don't make it, just use it. The second is that we developed a LMS on top cloud, so it is similar to https://moodlecloud.com/ . Because, the focus of our research is in the development process, so we did not compare the https://moodlecloud.com/ with our developed LMS on top cloud. Our contribution is to propose to use rapid usability testing for the sprints we used in the Angkasa LMS development to increase acceptance criteria and acceptance testing. So, we expect it can inform other Scrum-based projects to use our approach.

Thank you for your good research. I'd like to ask you what are the advantages and disadvantages of your system? What makes your system different from other LMS systems? Thank you and stay safe. Thank you very much for your question. As I mentioned in the previous question, we did not compare to other LMS, because our work focuses on the development processes of the LMS, not on the final product. However, because our LMS is on top of the cloud, one of the advantages is a pay-as-you-go service so the user only pays what she/he uses and does not pay for other services that are not used.
