First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in this research of mine. The main achievement of the paper is that we present an eye opening/closing detection method that is not based on a fixed threshold but will be flexible for each object. This is a part of our research, it will solve the problem of detecting students' concentration in the classroom. Thank you very much |

| Thank you for your research. How is the feasibility of the proposed method to implement it practically? |
First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in this research of mine. Our proposed method is easy to implement in practice with very low cost, you only need 1 camera to record video. It is very useful for systems such as detecting driving fatigue, detecting student concentration in class, etc. However, to solve a big problem we need to combine more methods. First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in my research. This research is part of our thesis. We apply it to detect student concentration in the classroom. In addition, the eye-opening/closed-eye detection method can also be applied to many other problems such as: detecting fatigue while driving, in a meeting, ... Thanks for your question. According to my research, the eye open/close detection method can be applied in many fields such as: classroom concentration detection, driving fatigue detection, human and computer interface and more. |
