Thanks for replying to question 1. I have a question. You said easy mining and security are less relevant. But as far as i know Easy mining means that the mining difficulty is low, and we believe that this can easily cause mining pool attacks if the difficulty is low in the mining pool of the miner. Also, will the blockchain network not overload due to the creation of Uncle blocks due to redundant mining? Thanks again for your question. If the difficulty level is lowered while the mining cycle is maintained, it may become vulnerable to mining attacks. However, it cannot be concluded that the process of reducing the difficulty level while shortening the mining cycle like Litecoin is vulnerable to mining attacks. Therefore, in this sense, the security of Pyeongtaek Coin, which simultaneously controls the mining cycle and difficulty level, can be maintained similar to those of existing coins. In addition, the mining process of Pyeongtaek Coin does not perform redundant mining because the lightweight transaction does not independently mine the block, and maintains the serialization of block generation through the synchronization process with the heavyweight transaction. Therefore, it does not generate unnecessary additional blocks accordingly, and does not cause excessive overhead compared to the existing blockchain network.

Hello, it seems that your PTC is a good cryptocurrency suitable for the vending machines which do only deal with small transactions. Could your PTC system prevent double spending ? Thank you for your good question. The PTC system in this paper can ultimately prevent double spending because the lightweight blockchain transaction processing process is periodically (or aperiodically) synchronized to the heavyweight blockchain, and the transaction verification process is performed through the normal mining process.

Hello, How did ECDSA apply to the LwTx architecture? Is there any difference from the existing method? Can you show an example of applying ECDSA to blockchain? Thank you for your question. ECDSA was applied to both lightweight blockchain and heavyweight blockchain networks. Blocks that occur in lightweight blockchain network validate once in lightweight blockchain network and then again in heavyweight blockchain network, ensuring transaction integrity. And please refer to the Pre-QnA 1 section of the presentation for information on how ECDSA works and its application to blockchain.

Hello, can you show an example of a vending machine service with LwTx? Thank you for your question.Applying LwTx to actual vending machines, analyzing and evaluating it is one of the future research tasks. The simple implementation code of the LwTx-based online vending machine service via node.js is presented in the Pre-QnA 2 section.

Hello, in this paper, it is stated that PTC was created by referring to LTC, and the differences between them are presented as tables. Then can you compare certain parts of LTC and PTC? Thank you for your question. Since LTC and PTC are different coins, the parameters associated with genesisblock are all different. We also set the mining difficulty lower than LTC because the block generation speed of PTC is faster than LTC. In addition, the total issuance of PTC is higher than that of LTC, so the parameters related to the issuance volume are changed. All the differences stated in the paper were changed in the same way as above. But, since it is not possible to show all the differences, we explained some of the differences between LTC and PTC in the Pre-QnA 3 Section.

Hello, since private-preserving is very important for cryptocurrency or blockchain system, how does your LwTx or PTC implement it? Or how do you plan to improve your LwTx or PTC for private-preserving ? Thanks for your question. Personal security is an important issue in a blockchain system. At PTC, this personal security is achieved through asymmetric authentication security consisting of a private key and a public key based on the blockchain hash value. In order to maintain or reinforce personal security even in lightweight transactions proposed in this paper, we implement a one-way hash function based on a lightweight structure.
