| First of all, thank you for the good research paper and presentation contents. I would like to know more about the research environment used in this study, and also in detail about the equipment & operating systems, development languages and software libraries you used. |
Thank you for the question. We used the ProM tools to get process model and calculating the evaluation. The operating system we used windows 10 with 8GB RAM and 2TB SSD for the hardware. |

In this paper we can get the process model from student and lecturer in a study program. Maybe next we can get the process model from all faculty member or from all university member. That must be excited to doing that. |

| Your proposed work seems to summarize the activities on LMS.
However, how can this data reveals the effectiveness of education? Do you have any plan or further work to predict the learning achievement from this data? |
hi, thanks for the question.
We developed a student process model that provides a representation of the steps in learning activities that students take in one semester in the study program (using LMS).
From the student process model, the lecturer has an overview of the student learning steps. So that in the next semester the lecturer can develop the steps of learning activities in their new courses (using LMS) based on this description.
In the next work, we can evaluate the learning steps of the activities developed by the lecturer (based on the process model). |

| In the data mining phase, you used Data-aware Heuristics Miner (iDHM), what is the main data mining algorithm in this process? |
Hi, thank you for the question. iDHM is the plugin from ProM Tools that purpose is for mining the vent log data using heuristic miner algorithm. iDHM from the abbreviation of Interactive Data-aware Heuristic Miner. ProM tools is used to do the process mining, there are many plugin and algorithm over there. |

| Interesting research. I would like to know, why in the evaluation, the forum activities drop significantly in the end of the semester? Did it have any relation (cousality) with the research process that you did? |
Hi, thank you for the question. From the fact, at the end of semester there is final exam. Final exam usually using quiz or assignment. So at the end semester that quiz and assignment has highest student access. Forum also have high access but like you said, there is decrease access from the beginning of the semester because at the end of semester several (not many) teacher used forum to closing the course for this semester (this fact we get from the interview to the lecturer). |
