| How does the addition of the SE (Squeeze-and-Excitation) module into YOLOv8 contribute to the overall performance of the system, and what advantages does it bring? |
Add the SE-Module can improve the accuracy of different sizes images by using a little extra hardware cost, the improvement is significant especially when the dataset is small. For this report, a dataset of 4,000 images can be improved by about 10% after add SE-Module. |
