This paper focuses on the development and integration of the sub-modules of BosesKo. The web and mobile applications gained a weighted mean of 4.78 and 4.40, respectively, regarding functional suitability, which means that BosesKo is functional for its intended purpose. The assessment regarding usability and performance efficiency is discussed in a separate paper. The areas that need improvement are the system's image and search engine optimization. |

BosesKo mobile application can capture public response easily. BosesKo data visualizer and report generator can provide up-to-date data and reports with interactive visualization that stakeholders can use for decision-making. Further, the data miner component can be used to interpret respondents' answers in an unstructured format using natural language processing. |

Based on our literature and data gathering, we have yet to find any system similar to BosesKo, considering its features and functionalities. |
