The dataset used in this study was provided by a telecommunications service provider and applies to corporate customers. The dataset contains basic customer demographic information, transaction data and sales records concerning legacy products that the customer purchased. Here, we illustrate the data variables, data type and description of the attributes. We have demographic details such as Parent ID, Company ID, Sector, Company Age, Company Type, Industry, Sub-Industry, whether or not the customer signed a VIP contract, and the number of months until the VIP expires.
