In chapter 2, we explain the CAP Profile.
The definition of CAP(Common Alerting Protocol) is a ITU-T standard proposed by Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards(OASIS) in March 2014.
And CAP is a standard message format designed for All-Media, All-Hazard, communications.
Also the CAP is an XML-based data format for exchanging public warnings and emergencies between alerting technologies and allows a warning message to be consistently disseminated simultaneously over many warning systems to many applications, such as Google Public Alerts and Cell Broadcast.
CAP was established as a Korean standard TTAK.OT-06.0054 too. |
