	Our work proposes a multimodal framework that integrates acoustic spectrogram analysis with RGB–infrared visual processing to improve mosquito detection robustness. By exploiting the complementary strengths of both modalities, the proposed system achieves significant accuracy improvements over unimodal approaches while remaining compatible with real-time processing and Edge AI deployment constraints.
