	Barakabitze and colleagues provided a comprehensive survey of SDN and NFV-based network slicing architectures in 2020. They identified key challenges such as slice isolation, resource allocation, and inter-slice communication. However, this was a survey paper without implementation. Han et al. in 2022 developed a hybrid GNS3 and Mininet-WiFi testbed and implemented a fault-tolerant routing algorithm for SDN backbone networks. They achieved an average recovery time of 30 seconds. However, their limitation was that the solution operates at the network-wide level, not providing slice-specific recovery mechanisms.
