	For polarization control, we utilize surface plasmon polaritons at a metal-dielectric interface. When a metal layer is introduced, TM-polarized light couples resonantly to lossy SPP modes, leading to its attenuation. Meanwhile, TE-polarized light passes through with minimal loss. This mechanism forms the basis of our polarizer design.
