The table compares the time taken for the power to drop to a certain percentage during normal operation and during DoS attack. These values are then used to set the threshold in the
algorithm. In normal situation, it takes up to 120 minutes for energy of IoT sensor node to drop to 3 %, while when attacked by DoS, the 3 % energy drop occurred within 20 minutes.
While for 720-820 minutes the energy of IoT sensor Node drop 10% and when it has been attacked by DoS, the 10 % energy drop occurred within 30 minutes. Whereas for 1200-1300
minutes, the energy drop 50% and when it has been attacked by DoS, the 50% energy drop occurred within 155-185 minutes.
