	When NOMA is used for transmission, multiple users share the spectrum resource and each user receives the signal in the time-frequency domain at the receiving end as the first formula,the BS sends the superimposed signal Xa[n,m] after the Heisenberg transformation. After transmission, the TF domain received signal of the i-th user is expressed as the second formula.
