Now I will summarize what we contribute. Our first contribution is a distributed trust-based defense framework for NRS-based ICN that binds traffic to Decentralized Identifiers, or DIDs, and regulates access based on multi-factor behavioral credit scores derived from resolution and caching behavior. Second, we design a lightweight gossip protocol to synchronize trust across resolution domains, and we introduce credit-aware policy enforcement so that credit directly controls rate limiting, forwarding priority, and caching decisions. Third, we integrate a federated learning module that enables cross-domain detection of low-rate or collaborative attacks, without sharing raw traffic data. That preserves privacy and keeps coordination traffic modest. And the key innovation is this closed loop: identity and behavior continuously feed into resolution, forwarding, and caching decisions, so the system can selectively prioritize trustworthy requesters and suppress malicious patterns.
