In collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education, our team is actively participating in the 'Leading the Advancement of Knowledge in Agriculture and Sciences' (LAKAS) Program. This initiative, in conjunction with esteemed institutions such as Bicol University and National University, propels us to conduct a thorough assessment of the current implementation of RA 10931 in the Philippines. Our joint effort is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of this legislation and identifying areas for enhancement to ensure its objectives are fully realized.
