	Prior studies on 5G/Wi-Fi offloading are mainly simulation- or lab-based, focusing on congestion-aware strategies, small-cell coordination, and advanced multipath techniques, but they lack real-world urban validation. In contrast, our work conducts peak-hour field trials at Sukhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar using live 5G NR and Wi-Fi 6 infrastructure to evaluate IFOM, ANDSF, LBO, and ATSSS mechanisms.
