	Visible Light Communication (VLC) works by using modulated LED light sources to transmit data. These light signals are picked up by a sensor (such as a camera or light detector), which converts them into readable information. In a telehealth monitoring system, sensors measure the patient's vital signs and use light to transmit this data to a computer or phone, which then sends it to doctors. This technology is fast, secure, and does not interfere with other electronic devices.
