	This review helped us identify specific Research Gaps. Previous studies lacked the combination of features needed for a truly "Ubiquitous" tool. First, there was a Limited Vocabulary Scope; many lightweight models ignored the complex two-handed nature of full ISL. Second, Hardware Constraints meant that high-accuracy CNNs often ran at less than 10 FPS on standard CPUs. And third, most datasets focused on perfectly cropped images rather than realistic webcam inputs.
