	The algorithm is simple. We check the value returned by the convergence in mean square. If it is greater than the threshold, we estimate the channel parameter because updating parameters causes significant channel reconstruction error. Otherwise, the channel parameters are updated call channel tracking procedures. If the threshold is zero, then the algorithm decays to oracle channel estimation.
