	Algorithm 3 is for path restoration. Its purpose is automatic restoration to the original path when the failed node recovers. The key operations are: First, it monitors the restored node N-R via topology updates. Second, theres a WAIT delay which provides a stabilization period before restoration. Third, IS_NODE_HEALTHY verifies the node status. Fourth, it performs reverse flow migration - removing temporary backup path flows and reinstalling the original forwarding entries. This returns the slice to its designated primary path without service interruption, which is important for optimal resource utilization.
