QR, Q1 ,Q2 composed to control the quality of management
If R% is not within the range from 60 to 140, the inspection data will be defined as unqualified.
QF, Q1, Q3 composed to used in the quality of management report
The %Rec field of each index Q1, Q2 and Q3 can be covered into R% and PRD% of Qr and QF
Based on the PRD% value, if the valued is larger than 20, this inspection data is also defined as unqualified.
