	In our approach, acoustic signals are transformed into Gabor spectrograms in order to capture discriminative time–frequency patterns related to mosquito wing-beat activity. Visual features are extracted independently from RGB and infrared frames, allowing each modality to preserve its specific characteristics before being integrated through multimodal fusion.
