	The spectral efficiency is the most critical criteria for network performance. It reflects how efficient a bandwidth has been used. We observe that at negative 10dB, the channel tracking preserves 83% of the spectral efficiency achieved by the oracle channel estimation. At 0dB, this is about 98%. This means that we can significantly relax the pilot requirement using channel tracking without sacrificing the spectral efficiency.
