	Before we interpret AHP weights, we must check reliability. We report the Consistency Ratio (CR) based on ¥ëmax, CI, and RI. In our results, CR is well below 0.10, which is the common acceptance threshold. This means the expert comparisons are logically consistent, and the weights are trustworthy.
