Regarding the experimental environment, the hardware consisted of an Intel Core i7-9700 eight-core CPU, 64 gigabytes of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 with 32 gigabytes of vRAM. The dataset used was the VisA dataset, which is licensed for use and contains 12 subsets corresponding to 12 different objects. It comprises a total of 10,821 images, of which 9,621 are normal samples and 1,200 are abnormal samples. Among these, four sets are of the PCB data type. For the experiment, training was performed using approximately 1,000 normal images for each PCB type. Specifically, PCB Type number 1 used 1,004 normal images, PCB Type number 2 used 1,001 normal images, and PCB Type number 3 used 1,006 normal images. Each experiment used 100 normal images and 100 defective images for evaluation.
