Our methodology is systematically divided into four distinct phases. The first phase focuses on the development of the survey, meticulously designed to capture comprehensive data relevant to our research objectives. The second phase involves collaboration with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to systematically and responsibly gather respondents, ensuring full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The third phase is dedicated to deploying our survey through the BOSES KO platform, an approach that guarantees efficient and widespread participation. Finally, in the fourth phase, we analyze the collected questionnaire data utilizing explainable machine learning techniques. This allows us to extract meaningful insights and patterns that support our analysis of the UAQTE's impact and effectiveness.
