	here, we have emulated our network with NETEM (3) by adding a normal delay distribution of 100 ms with a standard deviation of 30 ms. The result above shows that 24 packets were successfully received (0% packet loss) and the minimum, average, maximum, and standard deviation of the round-trip time (RTT) were 56.741, 107.409, 148.161, and 24.410 milliseconds, respectively.
