Using the linear nature of FastShare, in the Fastsecagg protocol, users first share the secret shares of their messages with each other, and then add the secret shares of their messages to the secret shares shared over by others to arrive at the summed secret share Sall of all users. Users send their Sall to the server, and the server restores the secret. This ensures the privacy of each user's information. Robustness to user dropouts can also be achieved by recovering lost shares in FastShare. | |
