To maximize the mean throughput, we also found that MC3 maximized the mean throughput more than all DSP on average by 18.3%. Moreover, we have found that the mean throughput is maximized with flows with Pareto size distribution same as with flows of Gaussian size distribution by 18.6% and 17.2%, respectively.
