The results clearly show that distance is the primary bottleneck affecting communication performance in UAV-ISAC systems. As the UAV moves farther from the base station, communication quality degrades significantly.
Energy efficiency is the most severely affected performance aspect. Long-distance transmission dramatically increases energy consumption per bit, directly limiting the UAV¡¯s mission endurance and operational range.
Although increasing bandwidth can alleviate performance degradation to some extent, it cannot eliminate the fundamental bottleneck caused by distance and path loss. As distance increases, latency rises, while throughput and packet delivery ratio decrease. Overall, the key influencing factors in the performance of the UAV-ISAC system are distance, energy consumption, and bandwidth configuration. |
