We evaluate the effectiveness of tactic labeling results by following four indicators: Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 score. Let's first focus on the various algebraic aspects of each formula. TP, FP, TN, FN represent true positive, false positive, true negative, and false negative, respectively. L is the number of labels. Then, we introduce four indicators. Accuracy is simply a ratio of correctly predicted observation to the total observations. Precision is the ratio of correctly predicted positive observations to the total predicted positive observations. Recall is The ratio of correctly predicted positive observations to all observations in the actual class. F1 score is the weighted average of Precision and Recall. The score takes both false positives and false negatives into account.
