	To corroborate the explanations obtained from the calculated Shapley values, we further scrutinized the open-ended questions in our survey through Topic Modeling. This additional layer of analysis was crucial to ensure the alignment and validity of our findings. Our objective was to ascertain whether the insights gleaned from the Shapley value explanations were consistent with the themes derived from Topic Modeling using the BERT algorithm. By doing so, we sought to create a holistic understanding, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data, to validate the factors influencing stakeholder satisfaction with the UAQTE program.
