Dopamine is a FL algorithm with DP for hospital patient sensitive data (medical image data), where the local client training part uses the stochastic gradient descent with differential privacy algorithm (SGD-DP) to make the model converge, and the global model is updated on the server side using secure aggregation (averaging the gradients of all clients).Dopamine can be used in the medical field where model accuracy and privacy are sought, by increasing the communication cost to improve accuracy and privacy.
