	Each edge and fog node receives their assigned tasks and data stream segment from the scheduling layer, which are received by the messaging queue The queue then relays the information to the processor of the edge/fog node, which in this particular instance, is Apache Flink Once analysis of the data and the submitted tasks are completed, Flink sends the data back to the messaging queue, which maintains constant communication with both Flink and the resource manager, who then relays this to any other edge or fog nodes
