	・Now, I will summarize the evaluation results. ・In the single-flow scenario, RL-HKD achives uo to a 1.39% improvement over NewReno and up to a 0.88% improvement over RL-TCP. ・In the throughput convergence scenario, RL-HKD recovers unused bandwidth faster than CUBIC. ・In the fair coexistence scenario, RL-HKD achieves better fairness than NewReno when coexisting with CUBIC, and better fairness than CUBIC when coexisting with NewReno.
