In presenting our results, we have methodically organized them into four distinct sections. The first section delves into 'Respondent Demographics', providing a detailed overview of the characteristics of our survey participants. This sets the stage for understanding the context of the responses. The second section focuses on the 'Best Performing Regression Model', where we identify and discuss the most effective machine learning model used in our analysis. The third section, 'Results of Shapley Explanations', offers an in-depth look at the factors driving stakeholder satisfaction, as revealed by the Shapley value analysis. Lastly, the fourth section, 'Topic Modelling of Open-Ended Responses', presents the qualitative insights derived from our topic modeling using BERT, providing a comprehensive narrative of the themes and opinions expressed by the respondents.
