	This is the result of our playbook. The investigation located that CHF-Gy is the Bottleneck — showing high CPU relative to TPS, correlated with reduced success rates and profile deviations. We can see no problem found in the database or the ABMF, and the success rate reduction at the gateway is only a consequence. The Bottleneck may come from a software bug in CHF-Gy or misconfiguration. We can enhance the accuracy of this playbook by adding a step to check the software update history of CHF-Gy, for example, in the last 30 minutes before the incident.
