	The basic idea of Regression Prediction is that Each user creates a public and private key pair for an additive HE scheme, denoted (pkPi, skPi), and whose public key is known to the server. The user sends the encrypted input to the server. For linear regression, the server computes EpkPi(еш - x) from EpkPi(X) and еш and sends it to the user, who decrypts it to obtain the prediction.
