Thank you very much for submitting your research article and welcome to IEEE/ ICACT2021. Can you please explain your contribution in this article? Thank you for having interest in my research. Our contributions are: 1- Design a new routing algorithm based on Max-Flow Min-Cut theory and evaluate its performance across traditional Shortest Path routing algorithms. 2- Demonstrating that when explicitly consider congestion in routing that can yield better network performance.
