Hello, my name is Stevan Del Arisandi from Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia. I want to ask a question regarding Inter-Regional Delivery which you mentioned as your main goal of your research. What if there is a costumer ordering a food that can easily rotten/stale in just a few hours or days by using the Inter-Region Delivery method if the worst case is the estimated time to delivering the food can take hours or even days? What solution would you provide if this case happened?. Thank You. Thanks Stevan for your nice question. Actually, during performamce evaluation of our proposed strategy, we consider that the maximum estimated delivery time to be 60 minutes for inter-region orders whereas, in case of intra-region, it is not more than 30 minutes. However, the maximum allowable time for an order is adjustable and it depends on the circumstances like rush hour, bad weather etc.. If the maximum estimated delivery time exceeds the maximum allowable time for an order, that order will automatically be cancelled from the system. By inter-regions, we actually mean different regions within a city, so it is infeasible to take longer time (i.e. several hours or days) for delivering an order. I hope that clarifies your question.
