hi thank you for your presentation. Is the model similar to reinforcement learning?	Yes, it is similar to the reinforcement learning model. Since reinforcement learning (RL) model, an area of machine learning concerned with how software agents ought to take actions in an environment so as to maximize output. Its relevance to HR decision-making in organizations.
